    Please send this one on.

Since this is a medical procedure suggested, we thought we’d at least check out Snopes.com and came up with this article –

    Because we care for you!!!

1 Let’s say it’s 7:25 pm and you’re going home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job.

2 You’re really tired, upset and frustrated.

3 Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up in to your jaw. You are only about five km from the hospital nearest your home.

4 Unfortunately you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far.

5 You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.

6 HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE?

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

7 However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

8 Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

9 Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!

10 A cardiologist says If everyone who gets this mail, kindly sends it to 10 people, you can bet that we’ll save at least one life.

11 Rather than sending jokes, please..contribute by forwarding this mail which can save a person’s life

12 If this message comes around you ……more than once…..please don’t get irritated……U need to be happy that you have many friends who care about you & being reminded of how to tackle….Heart attacks….

Subject: Fw: Fwd: Calendar from a Retirement Home

I’ll just bet they had a ball.

A German Retirement Community did a calendar where seniors amazingly recreated famous movie scenes. The Comitia Retirement Group in Essen, Germany, made what is probably the best calendar ever with a few of their seniors.

According to German press, 5000 calendars were printed. And they were given out to residents of the Senior Centre, along with relatives and staff.

The calendar models were interviewed about the project and said it was a ton of fun to dress up as their favourite actors.

The shoot was done with professional stylists and photographers to make sure everything looked as cool as possible.

The oldest senior involved with the calendar was 98 years!

Subject: Another Death of someone we know

Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment

community. The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and
trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71.

Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of
celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth,
Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies,
and Captain Crunch. The gravesite was piled high with flours.

Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as
a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Born and bread in Minnesota,
Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with
turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his
    dough on half-baked schemes.

Despite being a little flaky at times, he still was a crusty old man
and was considered a positive roll model for millions. Doughboy is survived
by his wife Play Dough, three children: John Dough, Jane Dough and Dosey
Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly
    father, Pop Tart.

The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

If you smiled while reading this, please rise to the occasion and
pass it on to someone having a crumby day and kneading a lift.

When it comes to stars over 90, Betty White is probably the most visible example.
As a matter of fact, her career is just as strong in her 90s as it was when she was
In her 30s. Until 2015, she starred in the sitcom ‘Hot in Cleveland.’ She is also
heavily involved in charity work for animals.

    Backing up a trailer

    Those Germans are pretty crafty.

    Have

you ever tried backing up while towing a trailer? Do you think you’re

really good at that? If so, this is for you!

    http://www.chonday.com
This is how you reverse with a trailer. In this video from Norway you will see a driver backing up his car and trailer at high speed – through parking lots, roundabouts and intersections. Or is he really? This was created to promote Volkswagen’s trailer parking system.
