    Blonde Cowgirl

    Forwarded message
    From: Ralph & BA
    Date: 19 October 2013 23:31
    Subject: Fw: Fwd: Blonde Cowgirl

A blonde city girl named Amy marries a Colorado rancher.

One morning, on his way out to check on the cows, the rancher says to Amy,

‘The insemination man is coming over to impregnate one of our cows today, so I drove a nail into the 2 by 4 just above where the cow’s stall is in the barn. Please show him where the cow is when he gets here, OK?’

The rancher leaves for the fields. After a while, the artificial insemination man arrives and knocks on the front door. “I came to inseminate the cow,” he said.

Amy takes him down to the barn. They walk along the row of cows, and when Amy sees the nail, she tells him, ‘This is the one right here.’

The man, assuming he is dealing with an airhead blonde, asks, ‘Tell me, lady, ’cause I’m dying to know. How would YOU know that this is the right cow to be bred?’

‘That’s simple." she said. "By the nail that’s over its stall,’ she explains very confidently.

Laughing rudely at her, the man says, ‘And what, pray tell, is the nail for?’

The blonde turns to walk away and says sweetly over her shoulder,

“I guess it’s to hang your pants on,” she replied.

(It’s nice to see a blonde winning…once in a while.)

    Concert for One

    Forwarded message

    Very touching

This is about the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on tour in Memphis, Tennessee, when at St. Jude’s Hospital. There, a little girl had been admitted with an aggressive form of brain cancer and had her first chemo treatment which made it so she shouldn’t be in crowds and couldn’t attend the Mormon Choir’s concert the night before.

Somehow her family sent a request asking that some of the choir members, maybe, could meet the young girl at a hotel lobby. See what happened when the little family, so distraught with their daughter’s cancer, walked into the lobby. http://www.youtube.com/embed/IW8TnskbQiU

    Subject: Pumpkin Patch

Sending along a Happy Fall to you all!

Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin.God lifts you up,

takes you in and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up,

touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff– including

the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling

face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see.

This was passed on to me from another pumpkin. Now, it is your turn to

pass it to a pumpkin. I liked this enough to sendit to all the pumpkins in my patch!

    Middle Age!

    Forwarded message
    From: Ralph & BA
    Date: 15 October 2013 23:15
    Subject: Fw: Middle Age!

Some of these are really funny. BA

I thought I would share this one with you (esp. since we are ALL there)

    · You’re getting old when you don’t care where your spouse goes, just
as long as you don’t have to go along.

    · Statistics show that at the age of seventy, there are five women to
every man. Isn’t that an ironic time for a guy to get those odds?

    · Middle age is when it takes longer to rest than to get tired.

    · By the time a man is wise enough to watch his step, he’s too old to
    go anywhere.

    · Middle age is when you have stopped growing at both ends, and have
begun to grow in the middle.

    · Someone has described heaven as a family reunion that never ends.
What could hell possibly be like? Home videos of the same reunion?

    · A man has reached middle age when he is cautioned to slow down by
his Doctor instead of by the police.

    · Middle age is having a choice of two temptations and choosing the
one that will get you home earlier.

    · You know you’re into middle age when you realize that caution is
the only thing you care to exercise.

    · At my age, "getting a little action" means I don’t need to take a

    · Don’t worry about avoiding temptation. As you grow older, it will
    avoid you.

    · The aging process could be slowed down if it had to work its way
    through Congress.

    · You’re getting old when "getting lucky" means you find your car in
    the parking lot.

    · You’re getting old when your wife gives up fooling around for Lent,
and you don’t know till the 4th of July.

You’re getting old when you wake up with that morning-after
feeling, and you didn’t do anything the night before

    Beautiful photos

    Forwarded message
    From: Ralph & BA
    Date: 12 October 2013 03:08
Subject: Fw: Fwd: : Beautiful photos

The words here have so much meaning. BA

This one has been around before but the pictures are so beautiful…..Enjoy!

Birth Certificate shows that we were born.
A Death Certificate shows that we died.

    Pictures show that we live!

    Have a seat. Relax . . .
    and read this slowly.

    I Believe…
That just because two people argue,

It doesn’t mean they don’t love each other.
And just because they don’t argue,
It doesn’t mean they do love each other.

    I Believe…
That we don’t have to change friends if
    We understand that friends change.

    I Believe….
That no matter how good a friend is,
    they’re going to hurt you,
    every once in a while
and you must forgive them for that.

    I Believe…..
That true friendship continues to grow,
    even over the longest distance.
    Same goes for true love.

    I Believe…
That you can do something in an instant
That will give you heartache for life.

    I Believe….
That it’s taking me a long time
To become the person I want to be.

    I Believe…
That you should always leave loved ones with Loving words. It may be the last time you see them.

    I Believe….
That you can keep going long after you think you can’t.

    I Believe….
That we are responsible for what
We do, no matter how we feel.

    I Believe…
That either you control your attitude or it controls you.

    I Believe….
    That heroes are the people
who do what has to be done
when it needs to be done,

    regardless of the consequences.

    I Believe….
That my best friend and Ican do anything or nothing
    and have the best time

    I Believe….
That sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you’re

down will be the ones to help you get back up.

    I Believe…
    That sometimes when I’m angry
I have the right to be angry, but that
doesn’t give me the right to be cruel.

    I Believe…
That maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you’ve had
And what you’ve learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.

    I Believe…..
    That it isn’t always enough,
    to be forgiven by others.

    Sometimes, you have to learn
    to forgive yourself.

    I Believe…
    That no matter how bad
    your heart is broken,

the world doesn’t stop for your grief.

    I Believe….
    That our background and circumstances
may have influenced who we are, but,
we are responsible for who we become.

    I Believe…
    That you shouldn’t be
so eager to find out a secret.
It could change your life forever.

    I Believe….
Two people can look at the exact same
Thing and see something totally different.

    I Believe…
That your life can be changed
    in a matter of hours
by people who don’t even know you.

    I Believe…
    That even when you think
you have no more to give,
When a friend cries out to you,
you will find the strength to help.

    I Believe…
    That credentials on the wall
do not make you a decent human being.

    I Believe…
That the people you care about
most in life are taken from you too soon.

    I Believe…
That you should send this to
all of the people that you believe in.
    I just did.
    ‘The happiest of people don’t necessarily have the best of everything;
They just make the most of everything they have
